Jonny has more in common with the wife of Magglio Ordonez than simply a love for the Detroit Tigers, they are both Cancer survivors!  Mrs. Ordonez, a Thyroid Cancer champion, joined IA last night to watch the Tigers play the Royals at Comerica Park.

Also cheering on the orange and blue were Val ( who organized the event) and 2 cancer survivors (Trina + Patty) who are pictured below.

Everyone was rooting  for the same causes: fighting and surviving cancer (and the Tigers!!)

Popular Detriot Tigers right fielder, Magglio Ordonez, recently auctioned his signature hair on ebay to benefit Imerman Angels and raise awareness for 1-on-1 cancer support.   Tonight, as the Tigers take on the Royals, IA will be in the crowd cheering him on!  Go Magglio!  Go Tigers!
