Christina Cha is vice president of corporate communication at Kennedy Wilson, a global real estate investment and services company headquartered in Beverly Hills, CA with 25 offices throughout the U.S., Europe and Japan. She leads the company’s corporate communication efforts and advises on special projects such as real estate research app Zonda and Kohanaiki, a luxury real estate development in Kona, Hawaii. Christina began her career in marketing and corporate communication at Morgan Stanley in New York, where she also served on the Discover Card Boy Scouts Golf Tournament committee while spearheading a successful corporate volunteer program, a reflection of her continuing commitment to charity and community involvement. Christina moved on to manage events for clients such as eBay, the National Association of Stockbrokers, and the New York Yacht Association. In 2001, she directed the Give Your Voice World Trade Center memorial event, which featured then New York Governor George Pataki and former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani. Christina also supervised loyalty marketing programs for Fortune 500 companies at the award-winning Rodale Custom Publishing and has consulted on branding and marketing strategy for a variety of businesses throughout the U.S. Christina holds a B.A. in Psychology and Art History from the University of Virginia and previously served on the boards of Virginia Avenue Project and the Santa Monica Junior Chamber of Commerce, which awarded her with New Member of the Year. Christina currently serves as a Board member of the Imerman Angels in Los Angeles and is a member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and Milken Institute Associates. She and her husband live in Santa Monica with their son.[/toggle]

Dahlia Fox is a licensed Realtor with Keller Williams Realty-Beverly Hills, specializing in luxury home and investment property sales in Beverly Hills and the surrounding Greater Los Angeles area. She has translated her strong interior design background and extensive sales experience into her real estate practice. It is second nature for her to be able to visualize the design potential and marketability of properties. With her unwavering tenacity, integrity, strong negotiation skills, and excellent client service, she makes sure the process of buying or selling your property is a success.
Earlier in her career, she spent ten years as a successful Account Executive in the Contract Furniture Industry, working for Office Concepts (now Forward Space), a Chicago Steelcase dealership. She consulted with companies regarding their interior office space, and provided furniture and interior solutions, to support their work environments and business goals. Dahlia led large scale office interiors projects successfully from initial planning phases through final installation. She worked with numerous large corporations in the Chicagoland area such as Beam Global (now Beam Suntory), ZS Associates, Cummins-Allison, and Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Science.
Joining the Advisory Board for Imerman Angels-Los Angeles, in March of 2015, she brings her extensive sales, strategic planning, and networking expertise to the organization to help spread it’s mission on the West Coast. Having been caregiver to a cancer fighter, Dahlia understands intimately the importance of support for both cancer fighters and their caregivers, and believes in Imerman Angels ability to help provide that.
Dahlia received her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Indiana University, Bloomington. She also earned a Certificate in Business Foundations from Indiana University, Bloomington.
Dahlia is married to Avi Fox, Co-Founder of Ditto Trade, an online FINRA member stock brokerage, which specializes in social investment technologies. Avi previously co-founded Web Street Securities and was named to the “40 Under 40″ list by Crain’s Chicago Business in 2000. Web Street was named the Fastest Growing Public Company by Crain’s Chicago August 2000 before merging with E*TRADE in May 2001.
Dahlia & Avi, both Chicago natives, relocated to Beverly Hills, CA several years ago and enjoy raising their family there.[/toggle]

Jim Rosten is president of Kennedy Wilson’s Property Services, which has over 70 million square feet of commercial, office, industrial and retail property under contract for management, leasing and development across 21 offices in the U.S.
Prior to joining Kennedy Wilson in 1999, Mr. Rosten served as president of the Western Region of Grubb & Ellis Management Services, Inc. He was responsible for establishing and overseeing property management, leasing and construction management services for a 32 million square foot portfolio of office, industrial, residential and retail properties. Previously, Mr. Rosten was executive vice president and Western Division Manager for CB Richard Ellis and was a member of its Operations Management Board. At CB Richard Ellis, he managed and leased a 56 million square foot portfolio.
Mr. Rosten received his MBA from the University of Redlands (California) and his BA in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. He holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations. He is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and he is a director of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
Mr. Rosten is a Board member of the Imerman Angels in Los Angeles and has played a key role in establishing the organization on the West Coast. He is also a former member of the Board of Directors of the L.A. Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America and is currently a Director for U.S. Bank’s Los Angeles Advisory Board.
Mr. Rosten enjoys skiing, powerboating and scuba diving. He and his wife live in the Los Angeles area with their two sons. [/toggle]

Dr. Prashant Chawla is the Director of Breast & Women’s Imaging at Providence Tarzana Medical Center in Los Angeles, California and joined the Imerman Angels Board of Directors in February, 2015. Born and raised in Chicago, Dr. Chawla received his medical degree from Rush University in Chicago and completed his medical internship at the University of Chicago Hospitals. He returned to Rush for his residency in Diagnostic Radiology where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Chawla completed subspecialty fellowship training in both Neuroradiology and Women’s Imaging from Northwestern Hospital in Chicago. After practicing in the Chicago area for several years, he moved with his family to Los Angeles in 2012, where he now practices. Dr. Chawla is distinguished by the importance he places on personal interactions with his patients. He knows that there are many qualified physicians available to women, but too few are willing to spare a few minutes to answer questions or provide reassurance at a difficult time. While practicing in Chicago, he was impressed by the impact an Imerman Angels support can have on a newly diagnosed patient, and is excited to bring Imerman Angels to his patients here.[/toggle]
