Research Opportunities

Imerman Angels collaborates with researchers and institutions dedicated to patient-centered research that advances outcomes for individuals affected by cancer—including patients, survivors, previvors, and caregivers.  Because of our long history and engaged community, we have a particularly high rate of response to calls for participation in research and surveys. 

Our organization is committed to initiatives that are responsive to the diverse experiences and needs of the cancer community . We view our support of patient-centered research as a further extension of our mission to provide comfort and understanding to cancer fighters, survivors, previvors and caregivers.

What are the expected start and end dates of your study?
List all of the Prinicipal Researchers and/or Investigators, and the names of all organizations, companies and/or schools associated with this study.
Does this study have IRB approval?
Please provide a detailed description of your research study. Things included in your description should be the purpose of the study, the objectives of the study, and brief background information on the Principals facilitating the study. (500 word limit)
What type of cancer does your study focus on?
Please supply a brief description of what is expected of your study's participants. Include items such as time commitment, activities, travel/site visits, etc.
Please describe compensation and/or reimbursement established for the study's participants. Please note, we respect the time and expertise of members of the Imerman Angels community, so we rarely share research opportunities that do not offer participant compensation.
Imerman Angels assists in the recruitment process for research studies by sharing information with community members. Is your organization able to provide compensation or reimbursement to support our outreach and recruitment efforts?
