Imerman Angels partners with employers, hospitals and healthcare systems, and cancer nonprofits, through our Peer-to Peer-Partner Program to provide personalized one-on-one cancer support. Instead of investing valuable time and resources into building and managing a peer support program, organizations gain immediate access to a trusted, scalable, and highly personalized solution.
Our dedicated team manages the entire matching process, connecting cancer fighters, survivors, previvors, and caregivers with trained Mentor Angels who have faced a similar cancer experience. Through one of the world’s largest networks of cancer support volunteers, Peer-to-Peer Partners can offer their communities meaningful psychosocial support from someone who truly understands the journey.
Program Features:
- Personalized peer-to-peer matching program connecting cancer fighters, survivors, previvors and caregivers with Mentor Angels, cancer confidants with similar lived experiences.
- IA Community Events featuring educational resources, information and opportunities to further support program participants and staff.
- Virtual training led by IA experts on best practices for educating staff and referring participants to the program.
- Program participant insights including number of participant referrals, participant demographics, cancer types, and more.

Employers increasingly recognize that supporting employees and their families on their cancer journey is critically important. Employees can participate in Imerman Angels’ VIP cancer community events with thought-leaders and speakers. Additionally, we can tailor qualitative and quantitative metrics on employee participation in the program.
